Our install shop catered a rare edition 2017 Lotus Evora 410 GP this week. Only nine of these cars exist in the United States. XPEL Austin is proud to say this is the third Evora 410 GP Edition it’s treated with PPF. First, we treated the Lotus Evora with an entire frontend and rocker PPF wrap using ULTIMATE PLUS ™. Afterward, we followed by a layer of FUSION PLUS ™ ceramic coating.
In 2017, Lotus introduced a limited-edition variant for the Evora. The Evora 410 GP Edition is a lightweight spec of the standard Evora. Weight is reduced by removing the rear seat and replacing components with carbon fiber and aluminum. In addition, the 410 GP Edition wears a signature black and gold John Player livery as a tribute to Lotus’ racing pedigree. A 3.5-liter supercharged V6 powers the Lotus Evora producing 400-hp and 301 lb.-ft of torque. Its power is sent through a six-speed sequential transmission to reach a top speed of 190 mph.
