2022 Maybach S680 100 Edition Our shop floor at XPEL Austin is accustomed to seeing luxury and premium sports cars. However, this 2022 Maybach S680 is a stunning visual treat. More so when we spotted the 100 Edition badging on the massive luxury sedan. This Maybach is one of only a hundred limited edition examples built in celebration of the company’s 100th anniversary. The limited edition Mercedes-Maybach S680 comes equipped with a bespoke interior. The cabin is dressed in luxurious Crystal White and Silver Grey Pearl quilted leather. Piano black trim with pinstripe detailing tops off this super lux sedan, not including a standard champagne cooler. The Maybach’s owner wanted to preserve the car’s unique interior as best as possible. So, we protected the interior of the Maybach S680 100 Edition with XPEL FUSION PLUS ceramic coating. XPEL ceramic coating can be used to protect a vehicle’s glass, paint, plastic trim, wheels, brake calipers, and interiors. 2022 Mercedes AMG G63 4×4 Squared Wears Full STEALTH PPF

2022 Mercedes AMG G63 4x4 squaredFew vehicles toe the line between utility and luxury like the Mercedes-AMG G63. This square bodied 4x4 cut its teeth as a military vehicle in the early 70s before converting to civilian use in 1979. Since then, the Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon’s reputation has bloomed from a go-anywhere, bare-bones off-roader to a star-studded bling machine with unparalleled curb appeal in the high districts across America. Moreover, it continues to evolve, the latest example being this 2022 Mercedes-AMG G63 4x4 Squared. This variant of the G-Wagon is a 585-horsepower twin-turbocharged V8 4x4 luxury SUV. Because this vehicle is engineered to drive up mountains with the same ease as parking at The Domain, this AMG G-Wagon needed premium paint protection. So, we treated the G63 4x4 Squared gloss red paint with full STEALTH ™ PPF. XPEL of Austin Hosts the Hill Country Region Porsche Club of America The Porsche's golden crest is a common sight at our XPEL installation center in Austin, Texas. So much that we wanted to give back to the local Porsche enthusiast community by hosting a tech event on August 20, 2022. This technical demonstration event invited members of the Hill Country Region Porsche Club of America to stop by and get a first-hand look at the installation process on several XPEL products. Throughout the Saturday morning, guests learned the ins and outs of how we apply paint protection film, ceramic coating, and window tint to protect Porsche vehicles. The event consisted of individual stations devoted to explaining a specific product's benefits during an installation demonstration. Armed with squeegees, guests had the unique opportunity to see and feel PPF and ceramic coating applied to several Porsche 911 variants, including two GT2 RS and a Cabriolet. House Ninja kept everybody's blood sugar on an even keel with breakfast and fresh coffee during the event.
